Return to Summer 2021 Performance Academy Camps - The Eddy

This academy focuses on soccer specific multi-directional movement development. All positions welcome. Sessions will address proper biomechanics in relation to soccer fundamentals that translate to all positions. Curriculum will be centered around Linear Acceleration, Vertical Jump, Multi-Directional Power expression, and Ball Striking Speed Improvement. Many sessions will involve a soccer ball.
